Custom-ordered in 1983 by a professional businessman to analyze his analog telephone line for possible listening devices that may be tapping into his phone. Its serial number is B-409-0144 and signed by R. Velezquez. Amazing piece of ‘80’s privacy protection. One of a kind. Great conversation piece for the amateur sleuth. Buy now before it’s gone forever. Excellent condition. Directions: to check if an analog telephone line has interference or a listening device, remove the cover from the telephone wall jack. Then attach each alligator clip to the incoming line. Green bulb wires are included. Bulb lights up if the line is clear. If a red bulb lights up, then possible listening device is evidenced on the incoming line. It is advised that one speak cautiously when using the line being checked. All wires necessary to check an analog telephone line are included. This was a state of the art telephone analyzer in 1983. Detect Wire Taps and Eavesdropping: The MB-409-044 Telephone and Line Analyzer represents 1980’s advanced capability to detect and locate illicit tampering and security vulnerabilities on analog telephone systems.
