These Pennsbury Pottery Plates were purchased circa 1973-1975 from Dutch Haven Barn: Gifts of Distinction on Rt. 340 in Intercourse, PA. Included is the Pennsbury pitcher with the colorful Hex design on both sides. These “folk art” plates display simple Amish pleasures: a honeymoon buggy ride, a wife offering a pretzel to her husband to enjoy with his beer, a family admiring their new red barn, etc. The lovely pitcher, purchased at the same time, completes the collection. Perfect condition. Vintage items. 50+ years old.
